Live Betting: Live in-play betting markets are subject to delays and temporary suspension during critical moments of an event. kxb8 uses real-time data feeds to update live odds, but the platform cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of live markets. Bets accepted during a live market suspension may be voided at kxb8's discretion.

Maximum Payout: kxb8 applies a maximum single-bet payout limit which varies by sport and market. The applicable payout limit for each market will be displayed at the time of bet placement. Bets that result in winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be settled at the maximum payout limit.

kxb8's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kxb8 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kxb8 is not responsible for any loss resulting from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or service interruptions caused by third parties including payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications infrastructure. kxb8 will endeavour to maintain a 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any service.

kxb8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request;
• Account held by a person under 21 years of age;
• Account held by a previously self-excluded player;
• Multiple accounts held by the same individual;
• Any activity that kxb8, at its sole discretion, considers detrimental to the platform or other players.

On closure of an account, any remaining verified balance (after deduction of bonus funds and pending review of any outstanding bets) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding security checks.
